ROMULLUS is a high-cadence strategic infrastructure company.
We’re helping the West win the strategic AI + space race by building and operating Mars-grade infrastructure that increases the resilient speed and throughput of its $50 trillion urban economic base (cities). Up to and including the creation of vertically integrated spaceport cities.
The strategic AI and space races have converged. This means that the future of Western defence and prosperity will now be determined not only by weapon systems but by strategic infrastructure systems.
We believe the only way the West can win is by repositioning its largest asset, its cities, as strategic infrastructure, and increasing the speed and throughput of its $50 trillion urban economic base.
We do this in two ways:
Buttress the infrastructure of existing cities with Mars-grade infrastructure.
Expand the foundations of the urban economic base with new Mars-grade cities, specifically vertically-integrated spaceport cities.
What we're doing isn't new.
China has already demonstrated the power of using strategic, vertically-integrated cities to accelerate national speed and throughput. To date, they’ve built 5 vertically integrated spaceport cities and 1400 factory cities that generate $2 trillion in GDP.
Fortunately, every era of Western history has produced at least one “Seaport-City Prime”: an institution responsible for increasing the resilience and cadence of a home urban-economic base (city) and building a network of strategic port cities that enabled its civilisation to scale throughput and compete in a challenging geopolitical environment. Often against much larger opponents.
This role has been played by Athens, Rome, Venice, Genoa, the Dutch East India Company, the British East India Company, and most recently SpaceX.
